You need not prepare so much on the start of your yoga class. A yoga student needs to have the basic things in yoga and the most important is you will enjoy your yoga experience. - Yoga Mat. This is some thing you really have to purchase. You can purchase it at any yoga studio or gym that offers yoga classes. You can also search it online.
- Towel. You need two kinds of towel. First, you need to bring a face or hand towel to wipe your face and keep your hands dry. Your second towel is for your yoga mat, some students want to cover their mats. But always remember that this is only good for your sitting exercises. Definitely not safe on your standing and balancing movements.
- Water. Yoga is a form of exercise. For sure, you will sweat a lot doing all those various routines. So you need to rehydrate yourself.
